Coaching works best when there's no mystery about what to expect. Here's what working together looks like from the first conversation to lasting change.
STEP 1 - THE DISCOVERY CALL
We start with a conversation — no pitch, no pressure. You tell me where you are, what's feeling hard, and what you're hoping for. I'll be direct about whether I think I can help, and how.
If it feels like a fit, we'll talk about what an engagement could look like.
Step 2 — Scoping Your Engagement
Every coaching engagement is different. Some clients come with a specific goal — a decision to make, a transition to navigate, a team dynamic to fix. Others come knowing something needs to change but not yet sure what.
Together we'll define the focus, the rhythm of sessions, and what success looks like. Engagements typically run three to six months, with sessions every two to four weeks.
Step 3 — The Work
Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes, held online or in person if you're based in or around Rotterdam. Between sessions, you'll have reflection prompts, occasional reading, and — when relevant — practical lifestyle recommendations grounded in the science of sustainable performance.
This isn't just talking. It's thinking, challenging, shifting — and then doing.
Step 4 — Lasting Change
The goal isn't dependency on a coach. It's building the clarity, habits, and self-awareness to lead well long after we've finished working together.
Most clients describe the shift not as having found answers, but as finally being able to think clearly enough to find them themselves.
